  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Our team carefully packs each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery takes an estimated 7 to 20 days, depending on your location. We strive to deliver faster whenever possible!
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow every step of the journey.

Note: Shipping times do not include our 1-3 business day processing period.

Customs & Import Fees

Incorrect Shipping Address Policy

If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages. Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be re-sent.

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.
