- Shipping Time: Delivery takes an estimated 7 to 20 days, depending on your location. We strive to deliver faster whenever possible!
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow every step of the journey.

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Here’s a breakdown of our shipping times:
- United States: 5-15 business days
- International: 7-20 business days
Note: Shipping times do not include our 1-3 business day processing period.
Where Do We Ship From?
We ship from warehouses strategically located in North America, Europe, and Asia. To ensure faster delivery, we’ll ship your order from the warehouse closest to your location.
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, and by placing an order, you agree to cover any applicable customs fees upon your package’s arrival.
Incorrect Shipping Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including the full address and postcode, to avoid delays or missed deliveries.
If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages. Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be re-sent.
For address updates, contact us immediately. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may ask you to wait up to 28 business days before reshipping.
